Q: Do you sell Cherry Bombs, M-80's, quarter-sticks or silver salutes?
A: NO! M-80's were made illegal by the Child Protection Act of 1966 in all 50 states. Why, you ask? Because they are very dangerous. This article from the Consumer Product Safety Council (CPSC) gives an explanation of consumer fireworks regulations.
Q: Can you still get Cherry Bombs or M-80's?
A: Despite the Federal banning of these items some people still continue to manufacture, sell, buy M-80's. They are all homemade items and quality unassured. Anyone caught making, selling and buying M-80's could have severe penalties imposed upon them.
Q: Why can't West Virginia residents buy the fireworks that go into the air since you sell them in West Virginia?
A: West Virginia legislators wrote the law that states we can only sell fireworks that shoot into the air or has a report to customers with an out-of-state driver's license.
Q: Can you ship fireworks?
A: Class "C" fireworks can only be shipped by common carrier. They cannot be shipped through the United States Postal System, UPS or Federal Express. Due to varying state laws, we do not ship fireworks. All orders must be picked up from our physical location.
Q: When is your Showroom open?
A: Our season currently runs from Easter to Labor Day. Hours vary, with extended hours closest to the 4th of July.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) when you come to pick up and pay at our physical location.
Q: What age do I have to be to buy fireworks from you?
A: Our policy is that a customer has to be at least 18 years old to purchase fireworks from our catalog and/or fireworks store.

A: We offer our customers savings through our Pre-order Program, Resellers Program (when buying by the case) and promotional specials.

Q: Why do I have to fill out a form to buy fireworks?
A: Due to the way the legislators wrote the law pertaining to the selling and transporting of fireworks through the state of West Virginia, it is required to verify and record certain information such as age, residency and destination of fireworks.
